This report starts with a summary of the candidate's personality based on his or her profile across the global factors (key factors in the OPQ®). The report then describes the candidate's profile on each of the global factors showing the breakdown of the primary traits Possible strengths, weaknesses and development points are highlighted where Sten scores are 8 or higher or 3 or lower. The report then draws out the possible implications of the individual's personality for various areas of work performance - for example, creativity, working with people, managing emotions, decision making, leadership, selling style and vocational interests. |

Interview Suggestions Report |

The ISR offers suggestions for interview/counselling questions based on the PPRF job analysis form developed by Raymark, Schmit and Guion. The report starts by identifying the candidate's profile across the global factors (key factors in the OPQ). It then takes each of the factors and offers suggestions for questions to put to the candidate based on his or her profile on the global factors. Questions are based on a model of the links between the Big Five personality factors and various aspects of job performance - leadership, negotiation, achievement, friendliness, sensitivity, collaboration, trustworthiness, work ethic, thoroughness, emotional stability, idea generation and thinking style. |

Team Roles Report |

The TRR identifies the possible implications of the candidate's personality for team working. The report identifies preferred team roles and then describes the implications for leadership, creativity, results orientation, analysis and decision making and relationships. The report concludes with some development suggestions. |
